- Working version
- draft-0.2
- Audience
- Sellers using FOODERCE's storefront, menu, image, or copy tools
Gives FOODERCE limited content rights while keeping sellers responsible for review and preventing unapproved AI publishing or unsupported claims.
This source draft is not a published database agreement. It cannot be accepted, relied upon, or used to activate an account or transaction.
Proposed section 1
Seller content license
The seller would grant FOODERCE a limited, non-exclusive, revocable-as-to-future-use license to host, format, resize, translate where approved, and display authorized names, logos, photographs, menus, stories, and product information to operate and promote the seller's FOODERCE storefront.
Proposed section 2
Seller warranties
The seller must own or have permission to use submitted content and must not submit confidential, infringing, deceptive, unlawful, unsafe, or privacy-violating material.
Proposed section 3
AI-assisted drafts
AI output is an editable draft, not verified fact, legal advice, nutrition advice, a food-safety decision, or automatic publication. The seller must review every name, price, ingredient, allergen, claim, image, and instruction before approving it.
Proposed section 4
Restricted generation
FOODERCE should block or flag unsupported health, credential, organic, origin, environmental, comparative, safety, dietary, and regulatory claims and must not fabricate reviews, certifications, facilities, people, food, or availability.
Proposed section 5
Provider and training choices
The final notice must identify the AI provider, data sent, retention, region, human review, opt-out choices, and whether seller content is used for model training. Private credential and payment evidence must not be sent to a generation provider without separate approval.
Proposed section 6
Removal and termination
The final agreement must explain takedown requests, cached or transaction records, campaign end dates, third-party rights claims, and what limited archival use survives account closure.
