Proposed section 1
Enabled methods
Each seller location and product must identify approved pickup, seller-delivery, or FOODERCE-delivery methods. A seller capability does not override product, jurisdiction, credential, distance, temperature, or cottage-food restrictions.
Proposed section 2
Pickup
The seller must maintain accurate public instructions and private operational details, define hours and identity checks, stage safely, protect residential privacy, and document completed or missed pickup according to the approved policy.
Proposed section 3
Seller delivery
The seller remains responsible for authorized personnel, vehicles, insurance, routing, customer communication, food condition, address privacy, proof, and incident response for seller-delivered orders.
Proposed section 4
FOODERCE-assisted delivery
Transfer to a FOODERCE-assigned driver occurs only after server assignment and verified handoff. Exact addresses remain private until acceptance and are revoked on reassignment or completion.
Proposed section 5
Custody and proof
The final SOP must define package count, seal condition, timestamps, temperature evidence where required, failed handoff, no-contact delivery, age or identity checks, return/disposal, and data-minimized proof.
Proposed section 6
Delays, cancellations, and incidents
The parties must use the approved exception path for seller delay, unavailable items, unsafe conditions, breakdown, collision, address failure, customer absence, contamination, or severe weather; no one may silently mark an incomplete delivery complete.
