Proposed section 1
Report and triage
Any illness, injury, undeclared allergen, contamination, foreign object, tampering, temperature loss, prohibited product, material mislabeling, or regulator notice must create an urgent private case with the product, seller, lot, orders, reporter, timestamps, and immediate risk.
Proposed section 2
Immediate containment
Authorized operators must be able to pause affected listings and fulfillment, preserve evidence, stop further handoff, quarantine product when safe, and avoid deleting records. A safety hold must not wait for ordinary seller appeal.
Proposed section 3
Authority and seller coordination
The seller must notify FOODERCE promptly, identify affected products/lots/dates/locations, follow regulator instructions, provide records, and name a recall contact. FOODERCE must maintain current regulator and poison-control escalation references.
Proposed section 4
Customer and participant communication
Counsel and safety reviewers must approve templates that clearly identify the product and action without speculation, protect private data, provide medical-emergency guidance appropriately, and record delivery, failure, and acknowledgement.
Proposed section 5
Refund, disposal, and recovery
The approved incident decision must specify refund or replacement, return versus safe disposal, delivery interruption, seller payout hold, driver/chef impact, and reconciliation without requiring unsafe product transport.
Proposed section 6
Closure and prevention
Closure requires documented scope, completed notifications, regulator disposition when applicable, financial reconciliation, corrective actions, reactivation approval, retained evidence, and a post-incident review.
