Proposed section 1
Application data
FOODERCE may request identity, authority, business stage, entity, contact, product, kitchen, credential, jurisdiction, delivery, tax, payout, and supporting evidence only as needed for the applicable workflow.
Proposed section 2
Public versus private fields
Public name, seller type, approved description, general location, products, fulfillment, disclosures, and badge state may be shown publicly. Exact home address, identity documents, tax identifiers, bank details, review notes, and private kitchen evidence must remain restricted.
Proposed section 3
Verification and sources
FOODERCE may compare submitted information with permitted government, regulator, payment-processor, insurer, or public-source records and route mismatches to human review. A source match is not a legal opinion or guarantee.
Proposed section 4
Marketplace-law information
If applicable thresholds are met, FOODERCE may be required to collect, verify, safeguard, annually recertify, disclose, or act on seller bank, tax, identity, address, contact, and sales information under marketplace law.
Proposed section 5
Processors and recipients
The final notice must identify what is submitted directly to payment or screening providers, what FOODERCE receives back, what customers see, and what may be disclosed to regulators, courts, insurers, or safety investigators.
Proposed section 6
Retention, correction, and account closure
The seller needs a process to correct public/private data and close an account, subject to approved retention for payments, tax, safety, fraud, disputes, legal holds, and immutable audit lineage.
